Gluten is a highly allergenic protein found in wheat, barley, rye, and several other grains.  Common gluten allergy symptoms include inflammation within the intestines and various other reactions within the body, such as: poor immunity, sores in the mouth, dermatitis, and eczema, to name just a few.  Some doctors believe that one in seven people may suffer with gluten sensitivity.
