Bee Propolis Standardized

Bee propolis is a resinous mixture that bees create using saliva and beeswax along with materials they collect from buds of the poplar tree and cone-bearing trees. Propolis is used by bees to seal small cracks and gaps in the hive. Propolis has been found to contain over 300 natural compounds, including amino acids, coumarins, phenolic aldehydes, polyphenols, sequiterpene quinines and steroids and benefits the hive due to its germicidal properties within the hive.‡
