Our 7.5 mg dose is an ideal lower potency for those who are working up to the 15 mg potency or wish to divide the 15 mg dose and take morning and night. L-Methylfolate provides folate that is easily utilized by the body for healthy methylation without the conversion needed by folic acid*.
