Food Intolerances

Food intolerances originate in the gastrointestinal tract and are most often caused by an inability to digest or absorb certain components of certain foods. Simply eliminating the problem food is a good first step; however, it is not the entire solution. Natural supplementation can help facilitate proper digestion and minimize most symptoms caused by food intolerances. NOTE: Food intolerances are NOT the same as food allergies. Food allergies can cause immune system reactions and can be life threatening; whereas, the symptoms of food intolerances are generally less serious and limited to the digestive system.
