Blood Sugar

Blood sugar refers to the amount of glucose present in the blood. Fluctuations in blood sugar levels can lead to various symptoms and health related problems. Blood glucose levels can rise well above normal for significant periods without producing any permanent effects or symptoms. However, if your levels are high on a regular basis you are at risk of developing chronic diseases such as cardiac arrhythmia, erectile dysfunction, insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.
