Muscle Support
One of the most ominous threats to our ability to remain healthy and mobile as we age is a steady loss of lean muscle. This process is called sarcopenia. Sarcopenia is characterized by a decrease in testosterone levels resulting in muscle atrophy. This in turn affects our strength and functionality. Additionally, inadequate protein consumption, insufficient caloric intake and an imbalance in hormonal or mineral levels can cause dysfunction within the muscle, resulting in cramps, spasms and fatigue. A balanced diet comprised of good quality proteins, natural supplementation, and a regular exercise routine will help to maintain good muscle health even into old age.
